HTW Max Eco

HTW-II Max Eco – a professional automatic hot-water parts washing system designed for intensive cleaning of heavy and heavily contaminated industrial parts, components and tools at higher temperatures.

The Max Eco series is designed for processes that require not only efficient cleaning, but also high load capacity and additional air blow-off. The system uses fan nozzles, while a separate air shower system with an individual nozzle holder and solenoid valve helps remove residual liquid from parts and hard-to-reach areas after washing.

The nozzle holders for both cleaning and air blow-off are height-adjustable, allowing the system to be adapted to the size and shape of the parts being cleaned. The operating pressure is 4 bar and can be adjusted within a range of 2.5–4 bar, enabling the cleaning intensity to be adapted to the specific process.

Full-body thermal insulation helps reduce heat loss and energy consumption, while digital temperature control enables precise control of the cleaning process. The integrated steam vapour extraction system helps reduce the release of vapour into the working environment.

HTW-II Max Eco stands out for its high load capacity: the maximum load for the 800 model is 350 kg, while the 1000, 1200 and 1500 models offer a maximum load capacity of up to 1000 kg. All models have an 80° lid opening angle; the 800 and 1000 models use gas springs for lid opening, while the 1200 and 1500 models feature pneumatic lid opening.
