HTW Bio

HTW-II Bio – a professional automatic hot-water parts washing system designed for cleaning and degreasing industrial parts, components and tools at higher temperatures. The system is designed for use with BIO-CIRCLE L Evo, a water-based cleaner containing microorganisms that break down oil and grease contamination in the cleaning solution.

The integrated oxygen membrane compressor creates the conditions required for microorganism activity and helps maintain the biological oil degradation process. As a result, the cleaning solution can be used for longer, reducing the need for frequent replacement while also lowering cleaner consumption and the amount of waste generated. 

Fan nozzles ensure intensive and even distribution of the cleaning solution, while digital temperature control enables precise control of the washing process. Full-body thermal insulation helps reduce heat loss and energy consumption. 

The HTW-II Bio series is suitable for parts of different sizes and is available in four models – 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500. The maximum basket load is 350 kg for all models, while the washing temperature can be adjusted within a range of 10–85 °C. The spraying pressure of the HTW Bio 800 is 2.5 bar, while the 1000, 1200 and 1500 models operate at 4 bar.
