HTW Basic

HTW-II Basic – a professional automatic hot-water parts washing system designed for the efficient cleaning and degreasing of industrial parts, components and tools. The system is particularly suitable for maintenance, repair and production processes where oils, greases and other stubborn industrial contaminants need to be removed from surfaces.

During the cleaning process, parts are placed in an automatically rotating basket, while the heated cleaning solution is sprayed under pressure onto the surfaces through targeted jet nozzles. This ensures that the cleaning solution effectively reaches different areas of the parts and provides thorough and consistent cleaning.

The HTW-II Basic series is available in four different sizes – 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500 – allowing the most suitable system to be selected according to the dimensions of the parts to be cleaned and specific production or maintenance requirements.

The systems feature a robust and compact stainless-steel construction, easy operation, high cleaning performance and economical operation. A powerful stainless-steel pump combined with efficiently positioned nozzles ensures reliable cleaning results even for heavily contaminated parts.
