HTW Flex Eco

HTW-II Flex Eco – a professional automatic hot-water parts washing system designed for cleaning industrial parts, components and tools of various sizes and shapes at higher temperatures.

The Flex Eco version is designed for applications where greater flexibility in the cleaning process is required. The height-adjustable nozzle holder allows the spray system to be adapted to the size and shape of the parts being cleaned, while the adjustable operating pressure of 2.5–4 bar enables the cleaning intensity to be optimised according to the type of contamination and surface.

The rotary nozzle arm ensures intensive and even distribution of the cleaning solution, while the integrated steam vapour extraction system helps reduce the release of vapour into the working environment. Full-body thermal insulation helps reduce heat loss, energy consumption and operating noise.

Digital temperature control allows precise control of the cleaning process and enables it to be adapted to specific operating requirements.
