Traditional “Cleanliness Day” at Bio Circle Balticum

Last Friday, our team came together for our traditional “Cleanliness Day”.

For one day, we swapped computers for rakes, brooms, and lawn mowers. We cleaned the surrounding area, mowed the grass, took care of the office spaces, and simply worked together to look after the place where we spend our everyday work life. Days like these always remind us that a great working environment is built not only on projects, meetings, or results. It is created by people, shared care, and the willingness to contribute even in small ways.

And although work like this may tire the hands, it certainly gives the mind a chance to rest.
