STAR 200

STAR 200 is an alkaline (pH 13.5), highly concentrated and low-foaming cleaner designed for mechanical and automated cleaning. It is universally used as a primary and intermediate cleaner in the metal industry. STAR 200 effectively removes oil, grease and soot contaminants from steel, iron, cast iron and plastic surfaces.

STAR 200 belongs to the STAR cleaner family.

The demulsifying properties of STAR 200 enable the separation and removal of oil using an oil separator.
The cleaner contains a high concentration of active ingredients and can be diluted with water up to 1:100; the usual working concentration is 3–5%. Regular, demineralised, distilled or deionised water can be used for dilution.

The cleaner works effectively even at room temperature.

Suitable for use in ultrasonic equipment, hot-water parts washers, linear or multi-chamber systems, conveyor systems, spray and flood systems, immersion baths and high-pressure washers.
