STAR 100

STAR 100 is a universal, highly concentrated cleaner designed for use in various industrial cleaning systems. It effectively removes oils, grease and dust from steel, stainless steel, plastics and other alkali-resistant surfaces.

The product is particularly suitable for use in the following cleaning systems:

• ultrasonic cleaning systems
• hot water parts washers
• inline and multi-chamber cleaning systems
• conveyor cleaning systems
• spray cleaning systems
• flood cleaning systems
• high-pressure cleaners
• immersion cleaning systems

Thanks to its demulsifying properties, STAR 100 helps extend the service life of the cleaning bath. Removed oils can be separated using an oil separator, which increases process efficiency and reduces the need for frequent bath replacement.

✔️ Economical in use → can be diluted with water

✔️ Low-foaming → exhibits very low foaming from 40 °C, making it ideal for automated cleaning systems
✔️ Safe to use → free from volatile organic compounds (VOC)
✔️ Demulsifying effect → efficiently separates removed oils, allowing longer use of the cleaning solution
✔️ Suitable for use with tap water, fully demineralised, distilled or deionised water
✔️ Optimal cleaning temperature: approx. 60 °C
✔️ Suitable for surface preparation → particularly suitable before and after processes such as hardening or gas nitriding
