This odourless, water-based welding protection agent with cleaning and degreasing properties can be used for all common welding applications, from MIG/MAG welding to laser cutting. E-WELD 3 prevents welding spatter from adhering to surfaces while protecting components, workpieces, welding nozzles and equipment.

Before welding, E-WELD 3 can be used to easily and effectively remove contaminants such as chips, machine oil, corrosion protection oils or cooling lubricants from cutting systems. The cleaned surface can be welded immediately.

The components of E-WELD 3 form a barrier between the workpiece and spatter and provide temporary corrosion protection for all welded materials. Metal sheets can be galvanised or painted immediately after welding.

The product is particularly suitable for laser cutting, as it prevents burn marks at the cutting edge, making soot easier to remove and eliminating the need for reworking the cut edges.
