E-WELD 2

E-WELD 2 is a welding release agent designed for welding thick or thin sheet metal and multi-layer weld seams. It prevents welding spatter adhesion during MIG/MAG welding as well as laser and plasma cutting. Its full-surface wetting capability and the achieved results speak for themselves.

E-WELD 2 belongs to the E-WELD product family.

E-WELD 2 is a high-temperature welding protection spray made from natural ingredients that prevents welding spatter from adhering. The welding release agent is suitable for steel, stainless steel and aluminium welding applications. E-WELD 2 is particularly suitable for welding thick plates and multi-layer seams. It also protects welding nozzles and welding accessories.

The thin metal-coating layer acts as a barrier between the workpiece and molten metal. The surface provides excellent adhesion, protecting both the workpiece and equipment. Even as a dry release agent, it ensures reliable protection. The welding release agent is ready to use, not classified as hazardous, protects the user and is environmentally friendly.
