CLEAN BOX Max 2 is a robust and stable cleaning system designed for manual cleaning of large components from special lubricants, oils, wax residues, etc. Contamination can be easily removed using the integrated washing brush.

CLEAN BOX Max 2 is a durable system with a working load capacity of up to 1000 kg. The system is designed for easy transport using a forklift. The large working area, optimal height and integrated washing brush ensure safe and ergonomic cleaning of large components, avoiding uncomfortable working positions and back strain.

The working platform consists of strong and stable grating, under which there is a tank filled with cleaning solution. The cleaning fluid is supplied by an electric feed pump through a flow gun with a washing brush. The pump can be conveniently switched on and off using a foot switch.

Using the CLEAN BOX Max 2 system, even very large components can be cleaned efficiently, with optimized energy use and reduced environmental impact. Use water-based, low-temperature cleaners in the system, which effectively remove contamination at room temperature and are suitable for cyclic use.

Technical module includes:

• Pump – 2 S 10M LTG with level switch.
• Stainless steel control unit with indicator light.
• VA holder for control box.
• ST-810 cleaning nozzle.
• Hose length: 3.5 m.
