CLEAN BOX MAX 1

CLEAN BOX Max 1 is designed for easy and efficient cleaning of large or angular components. It is ideal for manual removal of surface contamination caused by special lubricants, oils, wax residues, etc.

CLEAN BOX Max 1 is a stable system with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg. The box dimensions allow convenient and safe cleaning of very large components. To protect the integrated electronics, unheated, water-based cleaning agents with a pH value of 7–12 are used. Cleaners from the CB 100 range are particularly suitable, especially CB 100 Blue due to its long service life.

The cleaning system consists of a cleaning fluid tank and a grid working platform on which the parts to be cleaned are placed.

The CLEAN BOX Max 1 system is equipped with a stainless steel control unit for the integrated electric feed pump and an electro-pneumatic foot switch. Contaminated parts are cleaned using a robust washing brush with a flow nozzle through which the cleaning agent is supplied.

The CLEAN BOX Max 1 system supports environmental protection through its recirculation system, as the cleaning solution is reused multiple times.

Technical module includes:

• Pump – 2 S 10M LTG with level switch.
• Stainless steel control unit with indicator light.
• VA holder for control box.
• ST-810 cleaning nozzle.
• Hose length: 3.5 m.
