BIO-CIRCLE Turbo 1000

The Bio-Circle Turbo 1000 combines the precision of manual cleaning with the efficiency of an automatic cleaning system. In manual mode, even hard-to-reach geometries can be easily cleaned using a washing brush. In automatic mode, the system operates fully automatically.

The Bio-Circle Turbo hot water parts washing system, combining manual and automatic cleaning, meets a wide range of requirements.

During manual cleaning, a dedicated washing brush allows easy cleaning of complex geometries and hard-to-reach areas. With a special nozzle, a targeted jet can be generated to remove even stubborn contaminants. For fast drying of parts, an integrated compressed air gun allows easy removal of water droplets. 

The automatic cleaning function allows the use of a timer. The rotating basket, integrated spray nozzles (4 bar), and cleaning fluid at 50 °C (adjustable from 40 to 55 °C, other temperatures available on request) ensure efficient removal of contaminants from components.

The stainless steel basket, with a diameter of 775–1175 mm, as well as the entire unit, is made of durable V2A stainless steel and has a load capacity of 350 kg. If required, the load capacity can be increased up to 1000 kg. For greater convenience, the Bio-Circle Turbo system is equipped with two pumps: a 4 bar pump for automatic cleaning and a 2.5 bar pump for manual operation.

A circuit breaker prevents the pumps from operating when the lid is open. The automatic cleaning function operates only when the lid is closed to prevent the risk of injury.
