The BIO-CIRCLE HP high-pressure parts cleaning system, operable with both an open and closed lid, simplifies and accelerates the cleaning process – delivering outstanding, spotless results. The washing cabinet is designed to remove oil and grease even from components with complex geometries using a high-pressure jet.

The BIO-CIRCLE HP-ISI is an ideal cleaning solution for removing all types of contamination from heavily soiled components with complex geometries. High-pressure cleaning up to 80 bar effortlessly removes even the most stubborn contaminants, such as hardened oils and resin-like greases.

The high pressure penetrates complex geometries with ease, effectively dissolving contamination even in hard-to-reach areas. This makes the system particularly suitable for cleaning components such as ball bearings and similar parts.

The BIO-CIRCLE HP parts cleaning system efficiently removes dirt from inaccessible areas and crevices. Even the toughest contaminants are easily eliminated using high-pressure cleaning (up to 80 bar).

The unit maintains an optimal cleaning temperature of approx. 45 °C, ensuring the best balance between performance and operating costs. To improve energy efficiency, the cleaning tank is insulated to prevent heat loss.

The system is equipped with integrated LED lighting and a wiper for improved visibility, as well as a ventilation fan.

Operation is convenient via a foot switch, and the tilting lid allows easy loading of heavy components (up to 350 kg) using lifting equipment.
