Antisept S

Highly effective disinfectant liquid (biocidal product types 1, 2, 3 and 4) with hypochlorous acid as the active substance, which is also produced by the human body to fight viruses and bacteria. This active substance effectively destroys pathogens while remaining gentle to the human body.

It has been confirmed that ANTISEPT S eliminates at least 99.99% of all viruses within just 1 minute (DIN EN 14476) and effectively destroys bacteria (DIN EN 1276), fungi (DIN EN 1650), spores (DIN EN 17126) and many microorganisms resistant to other agents.

Directions for Use:
Disinfection with Antisept S is carried out by spraying, soaking, or immersion. The biocidal product is used at room temperature.

For hygienic hand disinfection, apply 3–5 ml of the product into the palm of the hand and rub thoroughly into the skin. Hands must remain wet for 60 seconds and be allowed to air dry naturally. No rinsing is required after disinfection.

For surface disinfection, thoroughly wet the surface with the disinfectant liquid, ensuring complete coverage, and leave to act for at least 1 minute. If necessary, wipe the surface with a clean, dry cloth. Surfaces contaminated with organic matter must be cleaned prior to disinfection. Surfaces that come into direct contact with food must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after disinfection. In cases of spore contamination, the contact time must be extended to 15 minutes.

For veterinary hygienic disinfection, use undiluted Antisept S for the disinfection of animal housing facilities by spraying and leave to act for at least 1 minute. If necessary, wipe the surface with a clean, dry cloth.

For the preservation of cooling fluids and process-system fluids, add the Antisept S working solution to the process fluid in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. A bactericidal effect is achieved after 60 minutes. Disinfection at the point of use must be carried out in compliance with the applicable Lithuanian hygiene regulations governing the specific area of application.

For the disinfection of ventilation ducts in multi-apartment residential buildings, use undiluted Antisept S. Disinfection is performed using a cold fog generator or low-pressure sprayers. Before disinfection, ventilation ducts must be cleaned of construction debris, dust, and other foreign materials. Internal duct surfaces should be mechanically cleaned using manual and mechanical duct-cleaning equipment (rotary brushes, duct washing and cleaning systems). Cleaning procedures should begin from the upper part of the building or be performed using the most appropriate method. During cleaning, measures must be taken to prevent dust from entering residential premises (air ventilation grilles and dampers inside the premises must be closed). Appropriate cleaning agents shall be used during the cleaning process.

Disinfection is carried out using cold fog nozzles, ensuring that the treated surfaces remain wet for at least 1 minute. The surfaces of duct grilles and dampers must also be cleaned and disinfected. When work is performed from the roof, the additional pressure generated in the hoses must be taken into account. Consumption: according to R61P-2511 standards, from 300 ml to 3 litres for the treatment of 10 metres of internal ventilation duct surface. Consumption depends on the cross-sectional area of the duct being treated (300 ml for 100 cm²; 3 litres for 1 m²). During spraying operations, additional pressure in the hoses must be considered when the nozzle is lowered to the lowest point; therefore, the use of a pressure valve/regulator is required.

For the disinfection of refuse chutes in multi-apartment residential buildings, use undiluted Antisept S. Disinfection is performed using a cold fog generator or low-pressure sprayers. Before disinfection, the internal surfaces of refuse chutes must be cleaned of accumulated deposits. Surfaces should be mechanically cleaned using manual and mechanical cleaning equipment designed for this purpose. Disinfection is carried out using rotating vortex-type compressed-air fine-spray nozzles. When work is performed from the top-floor chute inlet, the additional pressure generated in the hoses must be taken into account. Consumption, according to R61P-2512/2513 standards, is up to 5 litres for the treatment of 10 metres of internal refuse chute surface (Ø 450 mm).
