Anti Seize

Anti Seize is a high-quality metal-free lubricant designed for lubricating and protecting threaded connections, gaskets, threads and bolts. The white paste also acts as a sealant that compensates for irregularities, ensuring more precise torque transmission. Even at high temperatures up to 1400 °C / 2552 °F, it protects individual components from corrosion, burning and seizing.

Thanks to Anti Seize, bolts, joints and threaded connections do not rust. The product lubricates slowly moving bearings in chains, sliding bearings, rolling bearings and threaded components. It also facilitates the removal of hot bolts so they can be reused. Anti Seize protects welding nozzles from welding spatter and lubricates slow-moving bearings without damaging slowly rotating shaft surfaces.

The Anti Seize compound penetrates porous and cracked surfaces, reducing wear and abrasion of components. Due to the inorganic components in its composition, the product is resistant to most acids and alkalis as well as petrol, oil and both cold and hot water. This high-quality lubricant is also resistant to burning, washing off and wear. Anti Seize prevents friction corrosion and electrochemical corrosion while protecting components from crevice corrosion. The applied paste also forms a protective film that improves adhesion between components. Since it contains no abrasive ingredients, surfaces are not damaged.

This high-temperature lubricant is also used as a sealant to compensate for irregularities on flat surfaces. With Anti Seize, torque can be transmitted more precisely and the removal of heated bolts becomes easier, allowing them to be reused. Even under extreme pressure of up to 220 N/mm², components are protected from scratches and seizing.

In addition, Anti Seize is used for seals and sealing sleeves, pipe threaded connections and sliding surfaces exposed to high thermal loads.
