ALUSTAR 500

ALUSTAR 500 is a water-based cleaner designed for parts washing systems. This cleaner offers significantly more performance than conventional alkaline cleaners. It effectively removes even stubborn oil, lubricant and burnt-on grease residues.

ALUSTAR 500 belongs to the ALUSTAR cleaner family.

Contains sustainable raw materials: plant-based esters and natural fatty acids. Instead of alkalis, coconut oil-based surfactants and special cleaning additives are used. The product is not subject to classification from a 30% dilution with water.

Ideal for cleaning components after deep drawing, friction cleaning processes and high-grade oil and grease contamination in cracks and crevices.
When used with a plate-type phase separator, a long service life is ensured.
