ALUSTAR 300

ALUSTAR 300 is a highly alkaline water-based cleaner designed for removing extremely heavy contamination. It leaves no residues and is a low-foaming cleaner. Thanks to this product, aluminium and other sensitive materials regain their shine. It is ideally suited for hot water parts washing systems and high-pressure parts washing equipment.
ALUSTAR 300 belongs to the ALUSTAR cleaner family.

✔️ Removes stubborn contamination such as lubricants, oils, release agents, soot, fumes, etc.
✔️ Cleans sensitive materials such as aluminium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, steel, stainless steel and other alkali-resistant materials.
✔️ Works effectively even at room temperature.
✔️ Safe → VOC-free, phosphate-free.
✔️ Long service life → demulsifying.
✔️ Compatible with oil separators → tested according to ÖNORM B 5105 (registration number: ON-N 2011 138).
✔️ Suitable for: hot water parts washing systems and high-pressure parts washing equipment.
✔️ Can be mixed with water.

The cleaner was developed as a low-temperature cleaner, therefore it can be used efficiently at room temperature. Its cleaning performance increases with rising temperature. If further processes require fewer residues, it is recommended to use the lowest possible cleaner concentration.
