ALUSTAR 200

ALUSTAR 200 is an alkaline (pH 13) water-based cleaner with low residue formation and low foaming properties, ideally suited for use in washing systems. Thanks to this cleaner, aluminium will shine like new again. Due to its high concentration, it is highly efficient and can be used at room temperature.
ALUSTAR 200 belongs to the ALUSTAR cleaner family.

✔️ Removes medium and/or difficult-to-clean contamination of lubricants, oils and pigment residues.
✔️ Cleans sensitive surfaces such as aluminium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, steel and stainless steel.
✔️ Safe → VOC-free, phosphate-free and solvent-free.
✔️ Can be mixed with water.
✔️ Long service life → demulsifying.
✔️ Suitable for: hot water parts washing systems and high-pressure parts washing equipment.
✔️ Works effectively even at room temperature.

The demulsifying property enables the removal of accumulated oils and greases, for example when using plate-type phase separators. This allows the cleaning medium to have a long service life. Due to its high concentration, ALUSTAR 200 can be diluted with water; recommended concentration 3–5%.

The cleaner was developed as a low-temperature cleaner and can therefore be used efficiently at room temperature. Its cleaning performance increases with rising temperature.
