ALUSTAR 100

ALUSTAR 100 is a highly concentrated water-based cleaner, not classified according to the CLP Regulation. It belongs to the ALUSTAR cleaner family.
This machine cleaner works at room temperature and cleans sensitive materials such as aluminium and galvanised surfaces.
The cleaner is ideally suited for use in hot water parts washing systems and high-pressure parts washing equipment.

✔️ Removes light contamination such as greases and processing oils.
✔️ Cleans sensitive materials such as aluminium, non-ferrous metals, painted and galvanised surfaces, as well as steel, stainless steel and plastics.
✔️ Safe → silicate-free, phosphate-free, VOC-free, not classified according to the CLP Regulation.
✔️ Economical → can be mixed with water.
✔️ Long service life → demulsifying.
✔️ Works effectively even at room temperature.
✔️ Suitable for: hot water parts washing systems and high-pressure parts washing equipment.

The demulsifying property of the cleaner enables the removal of accumulated oils and greases, for example when using a plate-type phase separator. Due to its effective formulation, ALUSTAR 100 can be used at concentrations of 3–5%.

The cleaner was developed as a low-temperature cleaner and can therefore be used efficiently at room temperature. Its cleaning performance increases as the temperature rises. Since the product is not classified, it is particularly suitable for cleaning light and medium contamination, ensuring the highest level of occupational safety.
