E-WELD 4

E-WELD 4 is a premium release agent for welding steel, stainless steel and other materials. It ensures safe application and provides a separating effect that supports optimal welding performance and prevents pore formation during welding.
E-WELD 4 prevents welding spatter from adhering during MIG/MAG welding as well as during laser and plasma cutting.

E-WELD 4 belongs to the E-WELD product family.

E-WELD 4 is a water-based protective welding spray made from renewable raw materials. Natural rapeseed components prevent welding spatter from adhering to surfaces such as metal, tools, equipment or welding nozzles.

This release agent with temporary corrosion protection can also be used on vertical surfaces. It enables particularly easy welding of steel and other materials. The product can also be used for laser cutting or for protecting straightening tables. Even if applied excessively, the weld seam will remain pore-free due to its separating effect.

The product contains no solvents, mineral oil or silicone and therefore does not interfere with subsequent processes. After welding, galvanising and painting can be carried out without any issues. No unpleasant odours or fumes are generated during welding.
