CLEAN BOX Flex

CLEAN BOX Flex is a convenient modular system designed for cleaning large components, degreasing, and removing residues of paste, bitumen and oil. If required, the system can be adapted to specific needs by increasing its dimensions (depth and/or width).

Standard dimensions: 2725 × 1505 × 390 mm, the system can be extended if required.

The CLEAN BOX Flex cleaning system operates with a circulation system; therefore, the use of reusable cleaning solutions is recommended. The system consists of a cleaning fluid tank and a grid-type working platform.

To protect the electronic components of the system, it is recommended to use water-based alkaline cleaners with a pH value of 7–12. The CLEAN BOX Flex system cleans effectively at room temperature.

Technical module includes:

• Pump – 2 S 10M LTG with level switch.
• Stainless steel control unit with indicator light.
• VA holder for control box.
• ST-810 cleaning nozzle.
• Hose length: 3.5 m.
