Bio Grease-Ex

A residue-free and highly effective dissolving cleaner designed to remove stubborn contaminants such as oil, grease, adhesive residues, tar, lubricants, resins, rubber residues from all resistant surfaces, even at temperatures down to –35 °C / –31 °F. The cleaner is intended for cleaning and degreasing complex-shaped parts made of steel or stainless steel prior to processing.

Bio Grease-Ex removes extremely stubborn contaminants. Shortly after cleaning, subsequent processes such as varnishing, bonding or labelling can be carried out, thereby increasing work efficiency and reducing costs. The cleaner provides a dual effect due to the combination of two components: the alcoholic component breaks down water-soluble contaminants, while the aliphatic component dissolves oil-soluble contaminants. It has excellent adhesion properties. Dissolved dirt is retained in the solution and does not reattach to surfaces. Contaminants can be easily wiped off or rinsed away. Special additives ensure rapid drying. Waiting time between work processes is reduced to a minimum. The cleaner is biodegradable and, unlike conventional products, does not harm the environment.
